one of the things I love about watching others make art is the physical aspect of mental planning; the hand movements practicing a stroke, making invisible marks & measurements, before deciding what goes next. I do it too, but not everyone does. not sure if it's learned or automatic, maybe both.

En Plein Air 25 - 'Netherthorpe Road View' andycropper.art/paintings for availability So different to last night. I loved painting this. This is one of the busiest roads into and out of Sheffield, and pollution-wise you can tell. My throat after several hours of breathing there was hoarse as hell.
