Eight Russian diesel tankers are on their way to The United States to supply Russian diesel to US markets, but the Governor of New Jersey is saying this is illegal and she plans to block them.

Trump is still trying to import diesel from Russia so he can justify why he is lifting sanctions on Russia. The problem is that all of this is illegal and Governors are refusing to allow the import of Russian diesel.

After pausing strikes for two weeks after being pressured by Trump and Elon Musk to stop, Ukraine has decided to go back to striking Russian oil refineries. The Novokuybyshevsk oil refinery was struck last night.
