My statement on the National Policy Framework for Artificial Intelligence:

Age verification is a policy idea which just won’t die, despite being repeatedly struck down in court. This is just the latest attempt to spin it with a new twist - by putting the responsibility on app stores. But that doesn’t make age verification any more constitutional.
