New: Denver's minimum wage will rise from $18.81 to $19.29 on Jan. 1. It's pegged to inflation. An increase of 2.6%, it's lower than the past couple years. The tipped minimum wage will also rise from $15.79 to $16.27 per hour, which is similarly set by a formula.
