🧵How curious it is that, in going through a scary difficult experience, one that we’ve perhaps been avoiding for some time, to find that afterwards, an abiding sense of calm and peace settles into my body and mind; previous persistent suddenly symptoms gone, and a sense of alignment within is felt.
