Spent all my free time the last month studying for my teaching subject exams and passed both on the first go this weekend. So excited to finally get to relax a bit.

Really happy that Virtua Fighter 5 REVO got a recent update that adds an in game replay/replay takeover feature. Replay Takeover will be an amazing tool for anyone trying to level up in VF. And in game replays will make it easier to record and upload my gameplay highlights.

VOD of last Sunday's Virtua Fighter 5 REVO tournament is now up youtu.be/uP0E5A6Tg_4 Our next VF5 tournament will be July 13th. Sign up today and show the world your burning soul challonge.com/inputselect_...

4 years ago today, Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown was originally released as a PlayStation 4 exclusive worldwide, initially being distributed as a PlayStation Plus game. It was developed by Sega AM2/Ryu ga Gotoku Studio and published by Sega.

Replay Takeover in VF5REVO is taking a game that was already maybe a 13/10 and making it like a 27/10 This might be the greatest Forever Game in the FGC right now

I ran a D&D one-shot for some of my coworkers and almost half of them used ChatGPT to come up with character backstories…not a single shred of creative thought. It took every fiber of my being not to just cancel the whole thing.

"waaahh its hard growing up a boy" motherfucker its hard growing up as anyone, anywhere, but growing up a white boy is the easiest character roll you can get. the manliest thing you can do is shut the fuck up and learn to be nice to people?

if the united states ever has even a hope of recovering we have to destroy the idea of american individualism. "they don't owe you anything" we owe each other everything actually

we have never needed old fighting games more than we need them right now

It feels like I stretch myself across too many interests to the point that I end up making no progress on any of them. Might be time to just close the book on a couple hobbies to prevent self loathing from settling in.

Had a great day playing in our 40k crusade league yesterday. The Flesh Tearers managed to secure a victory against the Necrons, only to get subsequently decimated by Khorne daemons.

Thanks to everyone who came out to my stream last night! I had so much fun ☺️ I also created a Steam Group for Chanchai’s Dojo—a place where I’ll post some lessons and maybe post session summaries. Feel free to join it 🙏🏼☺️ steamcommunity.com/groups/Chanc...

I’ll be streaming some LEAGUE ROOM TRAINING SESSIONS late night tonight in #VF5REVO Expect it to start around 8pm PST (11pm EST) 👊🏽☺️🙏🏼💕 Let’s train together and find more sparring partners! twitch.tv/chanchai_vf/

Virtua Fighter 5 bracket ran pretty smooth on Monday and ended up with 17 entrants. Overall I thought people were having a good time, but was disappointed to hear on the head TO’s podcast that people thought the game was “lackluster”..

This is tonight! If you are in the area and are curious about Virtua Fighter come hang out! www.start.gg/BC12725

Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. takes the gameplay of Virtua Fighter 5 and raises it to new levels! Just like we raised the prize pool for this years competition! Make sure you're tuned in this weekend to find out who's taking home gold at #FFXVII2025! Pre-purchase now and save 20% on Steam!

If you are in the Rhode Island/Mass area and interested in Virtua Fighter come join our free bracket on the 27th and get some sets in!
