I put it in the note, but don't harass people. Any of these 'tells' can also be intentional or accidental. Depends on the intended usecase.

Emphasizing: Please don’t harass staff! They’re obviously aware. Going after them individually doesn’t do anything but multiply their stress. Much worse when it’s coming from your friends. No sleep & anxiety sucks. Use non-bsky channels + official accounts instead!
Seeing so many artists come together in a space that is so dear to me makes me incredibly happy to see. Don't give up. Keep creating.

Every time a discourse kicks off over whether AI music, literature or art will be "as good as" the real thing, I'm always amazed more people don't cite that **there already are** creative pursuits where human-free spectacles have been available for decades, and nobody has ever wanted to watch them.

If you still are, do not, I repeat DO NOT use Spotify to find new songs. If you look for "similar to artist" you will get AI If you listen to your discovery weekly, you will get AI If you listen to a daily mix, you will get AI And you might not know until you google the specific the creators.

I just got reminded of one of my favorite quotes which is by Florence Foster Jenkins. She was (in)famous for her bad singing and at one point got called "The world's worst opera singer" and she said "People may say I can't sing, but no one can ever say I didn't sing."
As creators, we shelter everyone from AI bullshit, including each other. Keep making things. Please. You inspire people and give them hope whenever you bring anything to life. Let the AI bros rot in their own incompetence. They'll never feel our joy.
