"Shattered", my entry to the Fall Draw This In Your Style contest of Escape Motions. Theme: Black/Grieving Widow Mine may be an android but she feels grief just as much, in her own ways. Quite different from my usual style, but a LOT of fun do bring to life. Wish me luck! #art #painting #scifi

A digital painting of a black widow as a dark sci-fi android. Her hair is represented by circuits with tube curls. Her pale lifeless face is a metal mask with cut-out cheeks that reveal pistons connected to her jaw. she looks to be powered by a glowing red liquid running through clear tubes connected in her back, the liquid creates a dramatic red glow on her reflective metal parts that gives the impression of an aura Her skeletal neck is made of articulations shaped like bones and covered in rust. On her chest is a red light up indicator that she wears as a crystal-like necklace. A maker mark can be seen on her shoulder, carved into the metal and scratched by a pointy object. She wears a flowy black veil and satin gloves and lace around her neck. Her tubes are cracked and her face damaged with small dents.

When crime falls upon the city, Detective TranquilWoods is the man for the job. His piercing eyes leave no clue behind. His wit makes even the strongest of alibies crumble to dust. You better not ruffle his feathers, `cause not even the mice are fast enough to escape his claws. #DigitalArt #Owl

Digital painting of a brown owl dressed as a detective with his green turtle neck sweater and beige trench coat. He has large, judgemental yellow eyes and holds a black magnifying glass. The background of the painting is an abstract cityscape set at night with a navy blue and purple color palette. The windows of the skyscrapers glow in a range of different colors that pops in the scene like little stars. A yellowish-green gradient gives the idea of fog going up in the night.

⊱ #Jellyfish Wonderland ⊰ I still remember my favorite #dream as a kid - being a mermaid passing through reefs of corals, colors and creatures swirling around... 😌 To this day the #sea remains so fascinating to me. I hope that, through my #art, I shared some of its wonder with you today.

Digital painting of jellyfish swimming up, surrounded by large bubbles reflecting the myriad of colors that is dancing around.

My drawing laptop decided to break. So over the last few months I have been testing replacement options. After lots of yelling at styluses, I’m back on a functional device! It was well worth it in the end, because look who it allowed me to create – Murphy! Should I make Murphy T-shirts? #art #oil

Digital, semi-realistic oil painting of a chicken character, seen from the bust up. Its head is tilted on the side, looking at you, giving it a cute and silly expression. It has big eyes, on the side of its head, giving it a very cartoonish style. The background is grey and eggshell in color, and brushstrokes are prominent.
