3️⃣ The use of AI chatbots for news is growing. Weekly use has risen from 7% to 10% globally, and now represents an important additional way of getting the news. Usage is even higher (16%) among people under-35s. Trust in chatbots’ responses for news remains relatively low at 20% globally.
