I’m pretty much 90% finished for my next animation In The Fire and just need to do some small fixes here and there. Can’t wait to release this! Also, I will never ever make a fully colored musical animation again (lie).

The story of Iphis and Ianthe is the only account that explicitly depicts female same-sex desire of Graeco-Roman mythology. It's a story that uses words you cannot reinterpret as something different nor erase. The story explicitly tells that Iphis and Ianthe loved each other. End of sentence.

So Banba is often used poetically to symbolize Ireland, with poets declaring their love for “her” (the land). But in Flann Mainistrech’s (1050s) poem he uses Áine to declare her love to Banba instead. So.... I really like the idea that every single love poem to Banba is actually Áine writing them.
