Any ideas to test bacterial transcription factor-DNA binding in the wet lab? We are testing our AI model's predictions in 42 bacterial species, each with 5 proteins. We tried Twist's antibody platform + BLI (Bio-Layer Interferometry) assay, but all bindings (including ground truth) are weak.🙏 🦠🧪🧬🖥️✨
