Final thought is on paper, that Madrid team is frightening. But Vini, Mbappe, Diomande feels like an extremely dysfunctional front three who all just want to run, dribble, shoot. Maybe Bellingham will help facilitate it but i’m surprised they aren’t happy to shift a big name
Anyway - if it’s not Vini, then we have some thinking to do. Shoehorn Alvarez? Take a punt on a Williams or Leao? Outside of that, not sure i see many clear options

Vini probably stays, but very encouraging we are seen as a destination for one of the sport’s global superstars, and that the board and hierarchy have the ambition to get him. More than worth putting everything on hold whilst we chase it for a bit. Backup is less clear. Alvarez? Williams? Rashford?

Not really sure the values of Rogers & Anderson has much bearing on PSG’s valuation of Barcola. Just seems like an easy connection for journalists to make. They value him that highly because the winger market is sparse as fuck and everyone needs a winger

I think we ideally need a wide attacker and a central attacker, but willing to forgo the central option for a year if we get Vini Jr. Stones, Bruno G, Tzolis, Vini Jr would be incredible. Line Kroupi up for next summer if he stays at Bournemouth. Might mean we can keep Ethan as an option
