Just watched Ann Droid on BBC iPlayer. Heartwarming and hilarious, but rooted in something bigger: human emotion, dignity, and love. Intelligence isn't empathy, automation isn't care. #DianeMorgan and #SarahKendall get it spot on. Sue Johnston is genius casting. 🤖 www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/epis...

Spoke to someone at the station today with family in Iran. Politics fades when someone says they’re worried about people they love. Whatever our views on governments, ordinary people carry the consequences. We are more alike than different. Solidarity with families living with uncertainty today.

National Literacy Trust shows around two-thirds of young people use generative AI, often for schoolwork. Guidance and literacy make the difference. https://literacytrust.org.uk/research-services/research-reports/young-people-and-teachers-use-of-generative-ai-to-support-literacy-in-2025/

UK datasets show no simple link between time online and later mental health outcomes. Context, purpose and interaction quality matter most - nuance beats panic. That doesn't mean there is not a link. https://www.theguardian.com/society/2023/sep/06/screen-time-mental-health-children-studies
