I've done a monumental amount of complaining about the superhero movie industrial complex over the past decade, and yet I am here to tell you the new Spider-Man is one of the best superhero movies I've ever seen.

The "Schneider for NYT Columnist" whisper campaign is going to begin like in the Muppets Take Manhattan when Kermit goes to Sardi's, puts his own picture up, and has a bunch of rats run around under the tables mumbling the name of his show

As a kid, I remember thinking adults who talked about politics were mature, educated, and sophisticated. Now, if you're talking politics, there's just as much of a chance that you're an ignorant, petulant buffoon.

Nobody hates to say this more than I do, but it’s been 16 years since Will Ferrell starred in anything of value. His best role since 2010 has just been “Will Ferrell, guy who attends things.”
