Tonight's dinner: I tried making #vegan okonomiyaki 🥬🥕 The flavour was there, absolutely fantastic, also made tonkatsu sauce to go with it 😋 but the consistency wasn't right, very soft, too soft 🤔 Don't think I have stove strong enough to fry it really nice & crispy 🤷🏻 #cooking #trialanderror
