Red Sox pitching prospect Dylan Brown had the 3rd most whiffs in High-A yesterday with 15 in route to throwing 4.1 scoreless innings with 9 strikeouts for Greenville. Brown continues an impressive 2026 season.

Red Sox prospect Yoeilin Cespedes hit his 10th HR of the last night for Greenville, which matches his career high in HRs he set last season. Pretty impressive it only took him 38 games.

Nate Eaton is 30-for-93, (.323) with 6 2B, 2 3B, 3 HR, 12 RBI, and 13 runs scored over his last 23 games for Worcester. Just continues to be productive every single game.

New Red Sox pitcher Tayron Guerrero has a career 5.3 BB/9, yet was sporting a 2.7 BB/9 this season with Worcester. Big reason for that? WooSox Pitching coach Dan DeLucia gave him a two-seamer during spring that he could hit the zone very well with. Huge weapon at 101mph.

Red Sox prospect Max Ferguson was promoted to Triple-A Worcester after slashing .309/.381/.532 over 27 games in Portland this season. Ferguson has played 5 different positions in the field this year and will continue to play a super utility role in Worcester.

Got some questions to why Anthony Eyanson didn’t start for Portland last week. He had a planned skipped start due to being on 8 days rest the week before. He will be starting on Tuesday for the Sea Dogs in Portland.

Red Sox prospect Mason White has shown impressive power this season, which included a grand slam he hit yesterday for Greenville. White, Boston’s 4th round pick in 2025, now has 8 HRs and a .908 OPS over 30 games this year.

Osvaldo Berrios, who the Red Sox signed over the offseason on a minor league deal, struck out 4 over 2.1 scoreless innings in a rehab outing today for Greenville. Berrios will report to Triple-A Worcester once his rehab is over.

Red Sox pitching prospect Blake Wehunt last night for Portland: 3.1 IP, 3 H, 0 ER, 1 BB, 7 K It was his best outing by far since coming off the IL from his hamstring injury.

A few noteworthy arms for Worcester last night: - Angel Bastardo threw 2 scoreless innings and punched out 3. - Wyatt Olds threw a scoreless inning with a strikeout. - Tommy Kahnle threw a scoreless 9th inning with 2 strikeouts. All 3 guys are in the running to be MLB depth this year.

Red Sox pitching prospect Hayden Mullins last night for Portland: 5 IP, 5 H, 3 ER, 1 BB, 8 K, 17 whiffs Finished with second most whiffs in Double-A last night. Now has a 13.66 K/9 over 27.2 IP this season.

Red Sox pitcher Osvaldo Berrios, who the Red Sox signed this past offseason, made his first rehab start and struck out 3 over 3 scoreless and hitless innings. He helped the FCL Red Sox throw a combined no hitter today. Would assume he reports to Triple-A Worcester once ready.

Red Sox prospect Brooks Brannon was named the Eastern League Player of the Week after hitting 3 HRs and driving in 11 RBI in route to a .600 batting average with a 2.055 OPS over the week for Portland.

Red Sox prospect Anthony Eyanson in his Double-A debut: 4 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 4 K Faced a New Hampshire lineup with a few of the Blue Jays top prospects. Only hiccup was a solo HR.

Red Sox prospect Brooks Brannon went 4-4 with a HR and 5 RBI today for Portland. Hit his 5th HR of the year in just his 12th game this season after starting the year on the IL with a broken hamate. Just a casual 1.366 OPS.

Franklin Arias went 4-5 with two doubles today for Portland. His batting average is up to .366 and his OPS is now up to 1.154 along with 22 RBI over 26 games this season.

Very good outing for lefty Jason Gilman yesterday for Salem: 2.1 IP, 4 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 7 K Boston selected Gilman in the 16th round of last years draft out of Kean. Had a delayed start to his season due to an oblique injury. Intriguing name to follow.

There is a very real chance we see Henry Godbout get to 20 HRs this year… He now has 6 HRs in 23 games this season. That Red Sox bat speed program working its magic.

The Chad Tracy Red Sox are now 6-4. Feel like it could’ve gone way worse for a rookie manager taking over mid season with that situation. Kudos to him.

A pair of Red Sox pitching prospects had good outings for Salem yesterday. Myles Patton: 5 IP, 3 H, 3 ER, 1 BB, 5 K Jacob Mayers: 3 IP, 0 H, 0 ER, 2 BB, 6 K Patton, a 7th round 2025 pick, and Mayers, a 9th round pick in 2025, have both been intriguing names to follow.

In very unshocking news, Franklin Arias has been named Eastern League Player of the Month in Double-A and Anthony Eyanson has been named the South Atlantic League Pitcher of the Month in High-A.

Worcester is facing a loaded Scranton team this week that features Carlos Rodon (rehab start tonight), Anthony Volpe, George Lombard Jr., Luis Gil, Spencer Jones, and Carlos Lagrange. Sheesh.

Looks like the Red Sox have promoted pitcher Erik Rivera to Triple-A Worcester. WooSox are seriously light on the pitching staff due to recent MLB call ups.

Red Sox pitching prospect Cole Tolbert is being activated from the IL today and reporting to Salem. Tolbert was Boston’s 18th round pick in 2024 out of Ole Miss and had Tommy John surgery in March of last year.

Some notes on new Red Sox arm Alec Gamboa after talking with staff in Worcester: - Has done a really good job at attacking the zone over his last few outings. Has provided some deceptive qualities with above average ride on his 4-seam.

Red Sox prospect Hayden Mullins earlier today for Portland: 6 IP, 2 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 10 K, 15 whiffs Mullins now has 34 K’s over 22.2 IP this year. Wouldn’t be surprised to see him in Worcester sooner than later.

Red Sox prospect Devin Futrell turned in another great start for Greenville yesterday. 5.2 IP, 3 H, 1 ER. 2 BB, 5 K. Futrell now has a 0.77 ERA with a 0.60 WHIP along with 23 K’s over 23.1 IP in 2026.
