Dealing with adhd as an adult sucks? Like yeah its ok most of the time, glad my "little sparkle" has a name. But on the other hand I'm 38 and took my meds to late and its nesely 1 am and I'm in the best phase of it and will most likely havw a rebound effect when I need to get up 🙂‍↕️👍
