KOSA did pass out, which is not entirely surprising given that it had a near unanimous vote in the Senate last year... but it doesn't seem like they're any closer to reconciling with the House. Notable that there was quorum for KOSA but not for SCREEN. I guess everyone was just running late today!

And the vote today was to advance an amended version of the bill, which I suspect would have made it at least a less noxious. No appetite even for that. Not only was it a party line vote, but a number of Republicans stayed out of the room entirely, preventing quorum. There's a stench on this bill.

While the SCREEN Act failed in the committee, KOSA did move forward. Contact your senators immediately demanding it be opposed, and keep the pressure up until it comes to a vote in the Senate

The TOS being so strict that they control you offsite is the problem; sites like Patreon and Kofi have offsite clauses too. The social criminalization of the suggestion that somewhere you might be doing nsfw is a problem. It's branding a person as obscene and we need consumers to stand up for us
