Finished Black Myth: Wukong last night. Took a long time with this playthrough but I genuinely enjoyed it. I do wish the game was a bit more friendly in introducing the Journey to the West story. Still, Game Science did an awesome job with this one. The polish is outstanding.

Building steam again. Today is an update to my Pink Sweets Shasta PB. 425K Increase to 17.9 Million. A few deaths were too unfortunate and I couldn't finish this run out. Played in ShmupMAME 5.4. Replay to YT later.

Been a few months since my last Pink Sweets score update. This time in MAME - I switched from Xbox360 because the slowdown accuracy drastically improved thanks to bio_endios work. 200K increase to 17,563,560pts to Stage 7. (Shasta, no bugs).

Threw away a PB 27:0X Random Seed Good Ending Xeno Crisis run because I got completely stuck in the final boss when I started phase 2... Gah!
20 Years of Pink Sweets eh? In 2006 I was 19 years old, and I would only begin my love for STG within a year or so after that, playing Raiden Fighters Jet at a local arcade that I would spend all day at. I truly began my obsession for arcade games and STGs at that point.
Completed Ghosts Babe of Dimension (custom map) in Jump King. Got tested pretty hard through out 45 hours. I feel like my skill has improved without me realizing it, considering the amount of 2 framers. Rick King next, I think.
Booga-Boo on MSX. Basically it's just Jump King, but from 1983. You can only jump, and the meter determines how far. Make it back to the top. A lot of fairly tight jumps, but it's only like a 40 sec run once you have control. This seems like the best port. 🦗 www.youtube.com/watch?v=YD5y...
