Regulars, esp regular commenters that engage your work and story do not go without notice and are to be cherished. It's esp why I try to reply to let them know! Glauco: Mozzarella (fiordilatte), tomato sauce, 'Nduja and prosciutto Troy: Mozzarella (bufala), tomato sauce, mushrooms, sausage and olive oil. Owen: pumpkin sauce, smoked provola and pancetta with a sprinkle of toasted walnuts. (He tried it in italy, it's a gourmet pizza and he adored it)
