Slowly but surely, I'm doing my best to recover. My mental health has been genuinely trashed. I've spent nearly every day crying or staring off into space, 'lock in' for work and stream, and tune everything else out when it ends or I get home.

i got home and immediately realized 'oh shit i haven't queued up ANY videos for like a month' on the plus side, all the VODs are gonna be dropping over the next couple weeks OTL I gotta find time to actually EDIT something. i still didn't finish 2025 year end. I am a SHAM.

In other news, I got word back about the roof. The wood is completely rotted and at this point there is no "patching" or "stopping the leak". We're looking at an entire roof replacement. Even with a donothon we can't afford that.

So...this sucks. TL;DR roof needs fixed, donothon likely inbound because i need help. i think most people in my community know by now that our roof has several holes in it, and the living room and garage leak every time it rains. We had it tarped a few months ago,
It's pretty simple... If you use AI to create art, then you're not an artist. If you use AI to write, then you're not a writer. If you use AI to make music, then you're not a musician. If you use AI to animate, then you're not an animator. If you use AI to make films, then you're not a filmmaker.

it really sucks when a tradition I've enjoyed for years with my friends is ruined. I won't be watching #eurovision this year since Israel stays, despite the atrocities. I'll likely only look up songs direct from the artists themselves and listen.
Seeing all of the emails for mother's day always hurts just a little bit. I appreciate when a site lets me opt out, but not many of them do yet. at least there's sales.

I am on a first name basis with a food truck I got boba from every day (though haven't in a bit). I am also now stopping at a fast food place on Wednesdays. I said "Hi! I'd like-" and the guy went "i gotchu already, pull around" and we had a good laugh. i am predictable af. really saves time tho
I finally started cleaning the crafting corner/altar space in my room. While doing so, i found one of mom's notebooks I'd planned to use for work. It had her signature in the corner. Eight years later and that was enough to stop me in my tracks. I fully admit to staring at it and tearing up.
We have voices, and have a right to use them. Especially to stand up for what's right. Fuck ICE.
