Just took the hardest exam of my life. Harder than my licensure exam that I took in 2022. Got an A. I am beyond shocked. 😳 Also new professors need to be trained correctly. Luckily I studied things outside what he told us to. Exams in Grad school suck. 😭
So many changes coming soon. Less of ME online. More enjoying life. School, family, gym, and A healthier lifestyle has to come first. Can’t wait to share the changes that I’ll be making. ♥️

The first day of Fall semester grad school classes start tomorrow. Semester 4/10. Wish me lots of patience, energy to get through it, as well as peace please. 🙏😇🥲 3 classes (but technically 4 due to my ongoing QI project.) 😭

Last nights leg 🦵🍑 workout was a success. I started out with 1 hour cardio yesterday morning. I’ve been noticing that if I eat dinner early, I go to sleep way earlier. (I usually don’t like to eat or go to the gym early.) 👇
Pilates is hard. 🥵😮💨 But sooo worth it! I’m learning I have muscle control in places I didn’t think would be possible. 🥲🥹 Really glad I got solo Pilates lessons (15) before starting group classes. I still have arms/chest weightlifting tonight at the gym! Maybe core too if I’m feeling frisky. 😉
