I got qualms with that "ChatGPT atrophies brain cognition" study. I don't think the study held enough variables on how users used the tools. eg: I can copy+paste from Google and have ~lower brain activity. I can also prompt ChatGPT as a thinking partner and have ~higher brain activity.
