OTD - On this day… The Odeon Cinema in Bristol, opened on the 16th July, 1938, and designed by architect Thomas Cecil Howett. The building is in tact, but the cinema now closed, and has moved to a new location, the Odeon Luxe Bristol located in the Cabot Circus shopping centre.

In this talk, Georgia will give behind-the-scenes insight into curating the Art Deco poster exhibition. What it takes to produce a temporary exhibition; all the way from how she selected just 100 posters from the thousands the Museum possesses, to developing a narrative for the visitor.
