The Constitution mandates redrawing electoral maps after a 10 year Census, not at any time. The purpose is to give each "voice" a vote as per the new population census.Why didn't Congress oppose the current trump's gerrymandering? Cause the Republicans are afraid of trump who could ruin their lives.
