There are many monster films that I love. Shin Godzilla is still the most unique/politically layered creature film released in the past ten years. A constantly mutating creature that reflected Japan’s slow bureaucratic response to the escalating Fukushima disaster was a contemporary masterstroke.

Here’s the thing and I’m gonna tell you: a lot of fans are why so many creators just don’t want to create anymore. And so many of them are oddly proud of their ability to bully. In order for cartoons as a concept to survive, they need to knock that shit off.

Number one, they've been speaking in a terrible British accent all of a sudden. Their mother and I have both begged them to stop but they don't. Number two, they suddenly like wearing black and grey robes all the time. We have no idea where they got those clothes. Number three they have been completely focused on me and want only to converse with me. They keep going on and on about how only divine beings are worthy of their attention. They don't even speak to their own mother anymore! She even threatened them with the belt, chanclas, the whole 9 yards, but nothing. It's as if she's not even there. But that's not the worst of it. Oh no, they have begun doing something completely unforgivable. They suddenly dislike pancakes and like drink tea! In fact, nothing about their mom's cooking impresses them anymore. They just sulk and scoff as they eat. But what I think is the most weird about them now is that they've been talking to me about how they need my help for a great cleansing. They want me to help them rid the multiverse of mortals and bring a new golden age across all universes. What the hell are they talking about???? Is Niko just going through an angst emo phase or should I be more concerned?

If they don't expand on City Trials and give us bigger maps, more items, more disaster events, more minigames, more Legendary Rides, maybe even more time options instead of a max 7 minutes, this shit will be lame as fuck. Seriously, who enjoyed the other two modes more than City Trials?
