Happy Caturday from Theo 🐾 It’s a beautiful sunny morning here with a cool hint of autumn in the breeze. I’m going to finish sorting out a sewing pattern that I started to resize earlier this week. Fatigue got in the way but I’m good to go today 🤞🏼 Have a beautiful and magickal day ✨💜🐾

We have some welcome, much needed rain here this Wednesday morning. Theo is loving it as he loves rain believe it or not! He’s had 1st & 2nd breakfasts & went to sit out to enjoy the rain 😸 I have to agree that it’s so nice to have a cooler, damp day! Have a beautiful and magickal one too!! ✨💜🐾

It’s Monday & we’ve had a short drizzly shower. It’s not drenched the ground, not enough to wash away any negative energy either but Theo and the plants are loving this damp start to the week! Good Caturday morning 🐾 Theo is in a playful mood after the heat of the past week, smoky air yesterday & a loud Alert on our phones last night. If it stops some fires that will be good. I have bronchitis made worse by the poor air quality & we don’t have any fires here. Have a cool magickal day ✨💜🐾

Good Thursday morning 👋🏼 Theo had his routine checkup at the vets today and wants everyone to know he was a very good boy 😸 He made lots of biscuits and purred very loudly. And now he’s very glad to be back home! 🐾 Wishing you a beautiful and magickal day ✨💜🐾

Finished my picture this afternoon 🎨🌻 Inspired by Lammas/Lughnasadh a celebration of the first harvest. A time for personal reflection, gratitude, fulfilment. The summer season at its peak & a nod to autumn chills which will soon be here. It’s a celebration of creativity too so painting felt apt 🧡🌻✨

I’ve made a little more progress this afternoon on my picture. Painting really does bring me such joy, I should do it more often! I changed the hay bales in the front of the picture to a sunflower and I think it looks much better. Art is therapy without a doubt 🥰🎨🌻💜✨

It’s our lovely Theo’s birthday!! 5 years old today & loving every moment of life! From the little rescue kitten who’d had a few knocks & bumps in his early weeks to the big guy now who loves to give hugs & cuddles, these 5 years with him have been so special!! It’s been a busy week here. The heat is still unrelenting, tiring. Then I see something like this Tiger Flower that appeared yesterday & it stopped me for a wonderful moment. It only lasts one day! Isn’t nature simply stunning, beautiful and amazing? Wishing you a beautiful and magickal day ✨💜🐾

Three smaller scarlet & yellow patterned petals sit in the centre along with tall golden stamen. Often called a Tiger Flower it is a member of the iris family. Also known as the Mexican Shellflower or Peacock Flower.

We have some nice fluffy clouds in the sky so the sun disappears every now & then 🌥️ But it is still very hot here this afternoon. But the pumpkins are growing well, we have three now that I can see, the largest of which is starting to change colour 🎃 And the sunflowers are vibrant 🌻

From sunrise to sunset it’s been another very hot day. Spent the morning in Ikea which was not the chilled place you’d expect it to be but I bought some bits & bobs I’ve wanted for a while. Mood has been a little off with regular headaches. Missing Autumn chills 🍂 Pumpkins are growing well though 🎃
