Zach Bussey 🍁@zachbussey.tos.gg · 5d agoTwitch and Amazon are apparently planning to use streams to train Generative AI. Multiple sources tell me it will be announced in the coming months, despite some internal friction against it. Creators may be able to opt out of some training data.
i finished reading omar el akkad's "one day, everyone will have always been against this" today. it feels hypocritical to speak like this, as if i've done anything substantial, but i think there should be the mere acknowledgement that there is injustice, at the very least
