Cleaner energy. Lower costs. A more sustainable California. 🌱☀️ This year, I advanced a package of bills to expand access to affordable community solar, modernize water rates, and make it easier to responsibly recycle solar panels.
One of my bills that came out of a conversation with a constituent is headed to the Governor’s desk. It is my firm belief that an HOA should not be able to restrict if or how you install an air conditioning unit at your home. This bill makes that clear.
