finally figured out what caused the sugar spike sleep apparently can fuck w/my cortisol levels n insulin resistance + I haven't gotten good sleep in weeks bc gage is bein stinky about the sleep conditions (he wants half the bed, smelly cat) /silly Got like 16 hrs and already have much less pain.

I know I’m doing a lot of silly oc content rn, I promise I am also working and doing vtubing stuff! It’s just to help me through the bad pain days. The kidney issues persist but so do I 😮‍💨 it’s like a lil treat for getting up and trying when everything feels like death hahah
