My sleep patterns are so fucked, one day I'll sleep for 12 hours straight, the next barely 3, then randomly a normal 7-8 hours of sleep. I feel so out of control of that and not from lack of trying! Today I slept for a full 2 hours, entirely unable to fall back asleep, so here we are #atherolspeaks
