I’m going to self correct. I’ve been harsh on Mitch because frankly I think he’s scum, however pretty likely he did fall and didn’t need CPR and apparently is now in a Rehab facility to regain strength. That said, being old and frail doesn’t excuse his vile conduct as a Senator.
Nurse here. Only once in my job did I start compressions on a patient who had a heart attack. My first compressions broke her ribs and sternum. I knew she was already dead, the team took over and called it 15 minutes later. Mitch is 84. Trust me, he’s in bad shape. Time for them to call it. 😵💫🐢
