The Dominion-NextEra merger would create the nation's largest regulated electric utility. My concern: will it mean more affordable, reliable, and cleaner energy for Virginians? The SCC has 6 months to review it. Extending that timeline for a fuller review is sensible.

Virginians depend on the Dulles Greenway for work & family needs; they should not pay for poor business decisions. The law is clear: increased rates should not substantially deter drivers, & I believe the proposed toll increase do!
