Conventions can be hit or miss for a lot of indie creators. Our first few were definitely flops, but we've gotten A LOT better at making small and medium cons work for us. We turned a profit at 10 /11 conventions this year, and the only exception was breakeven. Here's how we pitch.

I want to write a romcom comic book, but I don't know if anyone would actually want to READ it. Romantic comedies are like my comfort food. I like to watch them when I'm stressed, and I'm usually stressed about something.
Balancing my time between writing comics 📖, promoting them 📣, and all the behind-the-scenes work 💼. Anyone else in the #comics world feel this juggle? I feel like I spend more time thinking about what to do vs actually doing it. How do you prioritize?
