I think the maintenance phase is going well. A few months of this and then we'll hit a biiiiiig growth phase in the fall. I really can't wait to see how much beef we pack on here

Finished the cut. Unfortunately got sick this week so I only went to the gym twice and the second one was REAL light. Still, went down from 253 to 222. Target was 220 so I'm pretty ok with the progress I made.
