I am facing a dear friend in fantasy, and she had her co-workers draft her team for her, and said co-workers laughed at me for drafting Charbonnet just to stash him on my IR. And now, I need Charbonnet to get me – I kid you not – 1.15 points, and it's increasingly looking like he may not.

Baltimore's weather today: I've already changed my clothes three times, and I'm about to change them a fourth (and later, a fifth, when we plunge back into chilly).

Also: I adore the Baltimore Running Festival. It is my absolute favorite day of the year to be in Baltimore, second only to Halloween. I get serious FOMO every year I don't run/cheer... ...And also: I do NOT envy the runners for facing 30-40 MPH wind gusts in Saturday's forecast.

Listen, I know I’m an obnoxious grammar nerd — but, the mere fact that the lede of this article includes the phrase “less touches” makes me want to walk into the ocean: www.thescore.com/nfl/news/362... Also, my fantasy team relies heavily on James Cook so I, too, am annoyed by all his fumbles.

Shoutout to doctors willing to throw some spaghetti at the wall to try to spare me the perfect storm of a migraine situation this weekend (aka, a literal hurricane). The latest tactic: throwing preemptive allergy meds and nasal sprays into the weapons arsenal... Has anyone had any luck with this?

I mean no offense by this, but one day, I'd like to see the marketing numbers that drove T-Mobile to double down so hard on recruiting Billy Bob Thornton for all their commercials.

I did not break 5:00 in my marathon (I am proud of my time regardless – marathons are hard! – but I also ran through a very painful IT band injury). That said... the fact that this influencer *cheated* to get just a few minutes under 5:00 makes me feel like a superhero lol

From @theathletic.com: A Chinese fitness influencer with over half a million social media followers has publicly apologised after images emerged of her sitting on the back of a bike in the final kilometres of the Berlin Marathon.

I'm sorry... the Orioles laid off their mascot? I get that the mascot will still exist in some capacity, but just... is every MLB (or simply every men's pro team) on a mission to cut fan experiences for everyone but the wealthiest? I assume this is to afford to add more VIP seats or something.
