Another summer read: the revised edition of Daniel Hausman’s The Inexact and Separate Science of Economics. First read it as a PhD student many years ago—learned a lot. Still excellent, though I wish it engaged more with recent philosophy of science.

I finally read The Myth of the Entrepreneurial State by McCloskey & Mingardi. I didn’t like the argumentative style, but the critique of Mazzucato is serious. If you can get past the tone, it’s worth reading.
