Despite being in the middle of work crunch stress, I somehow just, stopped biting my nails. Baffling. Ive had awful nail biting near my whole life and now the urge just disappears?? Well, I'll take it i guess! Hopefully it sticks.
Won't be able to draw much for at least another month or so, but fortunately I can feel the desire slowly building up again in the back of my mind.
Accepted neighbor's request to help look at a problem with their kid's ebike. Realized i'm in over my head and left it in worse condition than it began with everyone watching. Handiness cred annihilated.
Some followup pieces [still 2015] I don't know if i'd call it vent art, but something about intimate Twi/Pinkie stuff is still very cathartic to me.
I still draw on a ~16 year old Intuos4. Works fine, but wonder if it's worth getting a newer screen based tablet. I barely draw enough to justify it but they are so (relatively) cheap now it's kinda tempting to try. Anyone moved from regular to display style tablets? Worth it, or just different?
