Here is my #orioles prediction for the season. I looked at schedule, using my vibes and some quick numbers, my best case season record for the orioles is 79-83. I was hopeful they'd bump up over .500, but looking at the schedule they play a few tough teams and teams who are hungry.
Well the #orioles won. That’s good. BUT i don’t want to get too excited. The Angels are obviously a basement team we should beat. I fear that this series could get my hopes up and they’ll get beat up by the rangers and twins.

Do not misconstrue my complaints about the #orioles as expecting them to win. I expect them to try hard and do their best to win. For the front office RN this means this means making deals that make the team better NOW, not 2-5 years from now. Nothing about this team gives off those vibes.

And was moving that way season before. They are rebuilders, they are good at it. They like working with slim budgets. Rubenstein wants to make a run. Fans want a run.

I told everyone in the void and that i know that the #orioles were boned when Elias didn’t go all in 2022, when we could’ve made the playoffs. It was close. But we were hot at the right time. Then in 2023 we boofed again. Even worse in 24. 25 was a waste. And here we, rebuild city.

It’s not that adley is gone. I thought he’d go before the season started. It’s that we are two games out and Elias is acting like the season is gone and the team does not work and we need a rebuild for a couple years from now. Just a terrible attitude.

Ward to a rival in the wild card race for what are essentially prospects feels like we aren't really looking to try to do well in the wild card, but rather begin a new rebuild. I said that earlier this season. It feels like Elias wants to try a rebuild. Its going to be brutal.
