“Ruled out” is what handprints and broken bones are called in family law if CPS makes no finding though what that means is only unsubstantiated for criminal charges — different standard, different court

The bar is so high for rich white men that handprint bruise/broken bones fail it AND get counted against the protective parent by family judges — Miller still got 50-50 physical, legal and medical custody
