Day 84 of nude-venturous 🌿 Someone asked how I keep my mental health in check in these crazy times... Knowing the difference between 'hardware' (sleep, food, movement, sunlight) vs 'software' (mindset, stories, internal dialogue). Taking care of my hardware first is the most helpful route I find.
