5 days. I get a voicemail 5 days later saying my healthcare specialist is no longer available and I have to find a new one. Wtf, right?

One week until I leave on vacation. I don’t expect it to fix anything, but it’s good to have a distraction, right?
I find myself increasingly thinking about doing something very stupid. Hypothetically, but still, not a good sign. I'm tired of being broken. I'm tired of trying to fix myself only to find out once again that I can't be fixed. And someday (soon?) I'll run out of time and only have one option left.
I'm sure there are only so many times I can say that I hate myself before people lose interest. I'm sure I passed that line a while ago.

Been thinking about getting officially tested for neurodivergence and/or autism. It’s not overwhelmingly obvious, but there are enough signs to go “Hm, I wonder if….” My crashout yesterday was from trying to navigate my insurance to find testers that are covered 😑

They arrived yesterday at the same shipping hub that lost my meds last month, and they have not moved yet. Leaving town in a week and don't have enough to last the whole trip. Am I gonna get fucked?
