On Saturday, August 8, BART Deputy General Manager Michael Jones invites riders to explore the inner workings of BART and the equipment that keeps it running for Tool Time with the BART Deputy General Manager, in the Fremont Station north parking lot from 10am to 12:30pm.
10-car trains are being added to the Red and Yellow lines during the busiest commute hours! This is the first time BART has offered 10-car trains as part of its regular weekday service in more than six years. We are expanding our capacity as we see a surge in ridership.
