We're announcing a $6.8 million investment to expand CUNY Beyond, the University’s ambitious plan to prepare every student for post-college success, to five colleges. The addition of five CUNY colleges will bring initiative to nine campuses in all, encompassing more than 125,000 students.

Baruch's Weissman School student, Alvi Khan, was named a 2026 Jonas E. Salk Scholar, one of CUNY’s top honors for students pursuing careers in medicine and biomedical research. Recognized for his Alzheimer’s disease research, Khan will attend the Pennsylvania State College of Medicine this fall.
