One of the ways I try to stay sane during all the horror, sadness and fury is working out. Jump rope HIITs and regular jumping have become some of my favorites. (Thank you Crossropes) Last week I hit a huge milestone. Who knew I could be so bouncy?
Democrats could act like a real opposition party, refusing to validate Trump malfeasance with votes, and setting up a shadow cabinet that regularly communicates how Democrats would be different. But nah. It’s not only a majority of Democratic voters that hate this approach. US allies see it too.
