Point 21 is the giveaway, some cultures produce "wonders," others are "regressive and harmful." During the sub-prime mortgage crisis, tech companies stopped hiring juniors and then paid for it through the nose after 2012. It's happening again. The companies that buck this trend and think of junior hiring as infra spend might just survive the slopocalypse.
