I watched Charade last night staring Carey Grant and Audrey Hepburn. The plot was fun and, yes, Hepburn is adorable, but my mind was swimming from the imagery. Every frame was a gorgeous 60s era illustration. The cinematography by Charles Lang was just stunning.

Well crap... I've suffered a minor set back as I was taken in by an internet scam. Not a deal breaker. Just a minor aggravation. The photo book "NICE, Six Years With the Jesus Lizard" is finished and will still be published within the next month or two.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Kumi after having lost contact for quite a few years. Here is a photo we did years ago that hasn't seen the light of day in some time. This is Kumi as Zheng Yi Sao, Head of the Chinese pirate confederation that terrorized the South China Sea from 1795-1810

In an attempt to slow myself down and focus on making small art as well as rekindling the habit of writing letters and postcards to my friends I've given myself the exercise of making collage postcards out of the day's junk mail. This was an ACLU magazine.

The very first band photo I ever took which set me on the road to becoming a music photographer. "the Clams" shot in 1989 on the tracks behind the Colonial Warehouse where I lived in Minneapolis. Shot on TriX film with my Nikon F3.
