Rest of the year goals: - do my first pull up (my goal since 2024, and I’d love to blame injuries for the delay, but I KNOW I could’ve tried harder. Getting super close?!!) - get back into doing more cardio (30+min 3-4x/week) - eat more mindfully (less saturated fat, more whole foods) 🥷 😇 💪

Today my place of work decided to start a virtual race where you can join a team and you’ll race a virtual route from one city to another. You’d log a distance manually by doing activities such as running, cycling, walking, strength training, yoga… Sounds fun 😇 🥷

Some weeks ago I officially came out to my parents. I was crying, so my dad smiled and said, “Why are you crying? There’s nothing wrong with that.” Yesterday my mom apologized to me for not being there for me. She said, “I accept you- I love you so much.” Without WN, I never would have come out.
I’m attempting to bake….matcha yudane shokupan pan de sal - wow that’s a mouthful. The dough looks beautiful so far. It will rest tonight (like me!) and I’ll bake it tomorrow.
