A huge problem with the Platner apologists is that women are just supposed to take it so we don’t get in the way of progressive politics. SA’d by a progressive man? Better than the alternative, right? We have to keep taking one for the team. Over and over again.
For the ppl saying that women are liars cause they only speak up when a man is running for office, consider that most victims are just happy to escape and our peace is more important to us than “justice” but if our abusers were about to gain power, we’d feel morally obliged to say something
