I just stood in front of my open refrigerator for 5 minutes while eating leftover hard boiled eggs if you're wondering what I've been up to.
You'd swear I'm holding cat treats in my hand... 😏 Morty on the left, Joey on the right, and our visitor for a week, Randy, taking a spot in the back. Randy is only with us for one more day and we're going to be sad when he has to leave. He has fit in well. ❤️
I just watched S3E2 of House of the Dragon and Emma D'Arcy better win EVERYTHING for that performance.

Kelsey Sproat 💕@becomingkelsey.social · 5mo agoI'm about to devour this quesadilla that I made with leftover shredded chicken. 😋 Chicken, monterey jack, cheddar, yellow onion, and taco sauce with a homemade side salsa of finely diced tomato, onion, jalapeno, serrano, chives, lime, garlic, and smoked paprika.
Hosting family for dinner this evening. On the menu: roasted whole chicken, ham roast, scalloped potatoes, steamed broccoli and carrots plus garden salad, pasta salad, fruit salad, and creamy cucumber salad... and more! Does someone want to peel my potatoes for me?

I just grilled myself a bacon cheeseburger from a homemade patty for the first time in ages. Gosh, that was delicious! 😋
